The pressure is really on Max not to choke today.  This is a big game.

They said it was weather-related (too hot in the trucks).  This is a rare weekend when Atlanta is much hotter than DC.  I think on balance Atlanta's weather is much better than here?

Even without Markakis and Inciarte, this Braves lineup is serious trouble.  Max is up to the task so far.

That pitch looked a lot better than the other Turner called strike 3. They never showed the k-zone on the last one for some reason

These effing umpires are an embarrassment to the sport. And not just these umpires. All of them. So why do you throw a guy out for arguing unless he cusses, which turner didn't.

We could plug in Kieboom here at SS but this organization has the mental capacity of a walrus.

So I understand.  It's important to stay in the game when you are in a race for the wild card spot?   Maybe?

It's simple. Kieboom did not show he was ready for MLB offensively or defensively. And this is not the time for tryouts.

This has been a great day...FP was muted...if only for a while...and dave is shown the gate...

Good things come in 3's, so I'll go out on a limb and call GAME +

...and SHUT THE F UP FP...

He's sitting around an empty complex in West Palm beach rather than working every day with Major League coaches and being, you know, available if our SS has to leave a game. Did I say we have to start him? Would rather have Kieboom get 3 at-bats than Adrian Sanchez or some crap.

I see your point. I just think he looked that bad when he came up and they don't want to put him in where he might fail again and maybe lose confidence. Mindfact.
