completely rollin' over for the braves, this team just doesn't show up for big games against divisional opponents
The pressure is really on Max tomorrow.  My expectations are LOW

Did they show him standing next to Zim? Both those bums had crappy ABs with the game on the line.

So you pull a pitcher that doesn't appear to be struggling or tiring after 4 innings and 75 pitches. That leaves 5 innings of relief knowing you have a bullpen that sucks ass. So basically, you're leaving about a 1% chance of winning. I should say 4 innings because it's almost guaranteed they'll be no bottom of the 9th.

Can't wait for the "had the best record in baseball from may24- september 6th" banner to go up next year. Hopefully pudge and Vlad make an appearance!

I'm in VaRK's demographic.    They deduct mine from my SS deposit.   I suppose they do the 3 months in advance just in case.   ;)

When I start drawing SS the fall of 2020 I'll pick up that billing option but until then it's an old fashioned draw on my checking account every 3 months.

I agree with you on this. My guess is that (Davey's thinking) Voth isn't a proven veteran that is reliable to go long. But, your point rings true... that Voth was rolling pretty good, and the bullpen sucks. I'd like to see pitchers stay in when they are pitching well. A quick hook is more justified when (i.e. Sanchez last start) a pitcher struggles every inning.
