I frickin hate playing these guys ... termel sledge, khalil greene ... I hate playing these guys ...

We should have kept Terrmel.  However, in my opinion, Soriano was worth it, if only for a year and a draft pick.

I really would hate to see a routine grounder botched because of the soaked infield.

If we come out of this inning unscathed not only will we be lucky but we'll come back and win this game.

 :? nevermind

Thank you Josh Bard.. 4 run deficit against the best bullpen in baseball.  That is the 3rd warning track fly ball hit off of Colome in the last two innings.   :hang:

The solo run is no big deal, nice job Kearns.  We do however have to keep it right here.

I wish we could be as good as the Padres... They make scoring runs look so, so easy.  It takes a miracle for us to plate runs.

Swing and a miss, inning over.  We now need four runs in three innings; it's possible.

Against the best bullpen in baseball including God himself, Trevor Hoffman?

Wow, Guzman looked overmatched, but still got on base.  First and second, one out, Belly at bat.

Belliard grounds into a DP Inexcusable, I would have rather seen him strike out

Belliard grounds into a DP (Image removed from quote.) Inexcusable, I would have rather seen him strike out

Or pop up.  Honestly, with Zimmerman coming up, I would have liked him to take an uppercut swing to avoid the DP.
