Second the motion   ....   Most of us are die hard Nats fans and simply come here to hone our skills.       In the end, we're here for the Nats, not agin' 'em.

I never question people’s passion for the team. It’s just that some people are just so damn whiny and complain about the same damn thing over and over and over again. It’s almost like some people at the office.😏

I've always differentiated between nagin' and whinin'.    nagin' is a healthy venting of the slings and arrows of our team.    We're all pullin' on the same rope.     We were told in places that I've worked, "If you (community you) ain't nagin', you ain't happy."     If you're complainin' about the same thing over and over and you're here to support the Nats, that's nagin'.    We all suffer those loses, etc.    I accept that.      However, if you're complainin' because you think you're suffering more than everyone else, seein' things that no one else sees,  i.e. smarter than everybody else, then you (community you) are a whiner.    Nobody likes a whiner.

Truth.

And the only way to stop both nagging and whining is to just go out there and win the whole goddamn thing

We all naged about the Caps but I didn't hear nagin' at the parade.    I want one of those for Nats' fans.

Maybe, but if you think the average fan isn’t more like me than they are like most folks on this forum, you’re delusional.

The average person watching on MASN doesn’t mind a homer.

I naged and whined that my boss wouldn't even let me go to the parade to nag and whine. Does that count?  >:(

Of course not. They dance in the dugout after a homer.

Really ?  I can't say I have noticed.  While there one MDS who shows up periodically to nag - but it's not tied to the Nats doing poorly.

A lot of that is just forum schtick but we do have some who only show up to nag when things go wrong
