Any chance we are still the best team in baseball since August 11th?

Hell of a game. A wild pitch would've been nice :)

Bases loaded, game tied in 9th and the 123 hitters strike out.

Both teams are gonna be in bad shape tomorrow. Hope whoever starts can go 8+ innings.

Bet ol' Max wishes he could have pinch hit.

Amazing how Grace’s suckage had a domino effect. Forced a short outing for Suero due to needing to pinch hit for him and forced Doolittle into a game that otherwise would have been a 5 or 6 run lead.

Despite his HR, I thought Turner was awful tonight.  Tried too hard to be a hero rather than do what was best for the team.

Zuck reports: FYI: The desperation scenario had the game gone to the 15th would have been Cabrera pitching, Kendrick at 2B, Soto at 1B and Ross in LF.

A "desperation scenario" is better than no scenario, i.e. loss.     That 9th inning is still haunting me.    Doo with a three run lead; bases loaded; no outs; top of the order  ...   :hang:

For me it's Trea swinging at balls 4 and 5 with the bases loaded and us only needing 1 run to win.

They all (1,2 and 3 in the order) were swinging at questionable pitches.    Got caught up in the moment.    You're right though, that Trea at bat was head shaking.
