A-Rod
« Topic Start: August 12, 2019, 10:24:01 PM »
Half a million bucks worth of jewelry and electronics stolen from A-Rod’s rental SUV in San Francisco on Sunday night :lmao:

Who the hell brings that much valuable stuff on a trip and is stupid enough to leave it in a vehicle parked on the street in a city that has 30,000 vehicle break-ins each year?

That's like 1/1000th of his career earnings.  He seems like the kind of guy to at least travel with some showy bling and electronics.

And I’m sure it’s insured.

For real. ARod has a net worth of 350 million and JLo is worth 400. 500k to them would be like having $7.48 stolen from your car. If they hadn't smashed the window, Alex probably wouldn't have noticed that his stuff was gone. He probably would have just assumed he left it at home accidentally and just bought new crap.

Not only don't I carry valuables around I don't possess any. I don't even own a watch that works.

     I don't own a time piece that works either.    I have several lying around the bedroom and in the foyer that I check on occasion.   I used to joke that the company I worked for gave me a watch at 20 years of service.    They gave me the battery at 30 years of service.
