Love it when a reliever comes in and starts off by giving up a homer.
This must be your favorite season in your life

With a day off on consecutive Thursdays, you'd think Davey would've removed Stras after 4 innings.

I assume Grace will be sent back down after tonight.  I'll take my chances on Brad Brach, who was DFA'd.  Don't care that he's a righty and having a horrible year.  He's got a proven track record.

Don't be distracted.  This is a Wild Card race among several teams.

Unlikely, considering Sipp's gone and Elias is hurt (and sucks against lefties anyway), so they'd have no lefty to match up.  Even though they don't have that now because's of Grace's skill level, it seems remarkable that they'd do something as radical as an all-righty bullpen as a response to having no effective lefties.

Doesn't help the Nats, who are competing for a WC spot.

I forgot.  Is he going to pull it together?  (rhetorical question).  If not, get rid of him.

I think you could probably sneak a 30-year-old with a 6 ERA through waivers, and if you can't?  I mean, seriously, he's a pretty obvious non-tender candidate even if he makes it through the season.
