I continue to be shocked at how good a hitter Soto is.  It shouldn't have been that easy to replace the generational hitting talent of Harper with a 20 year old who might be better.

No, I'd expect you to have warm ups and exercises that are specifically designed to your job. For relief pitchers, that's not sprinting.

So what do they do with their day?  Fortnite/hour of pitching/Fortnite/go to the bar/Bed?   I'd think you'd want your players to keep in some kind of athletic shape.

A lot of power lifting and stretching.

Half the distance. And its really not an all out sprint. You're alternating between looking at the fielder and looking for the base.
