Well that didn’t go according to plan. So we’re back to hating Sendley. :mg:

hate him win or lose. Most of the time he's just being aggressive. That time he was being stupid.

freak Henley.

But I'm losing confidence in Doolittle. I don't think he's long for the role of closer.

that was a total lock once parra GIDP. bases loaded 0 outs down 1 and he did the one thing you can't do. totally predictable team. we've got the bottom of the order up in the 10th so expect a quick 1-2-3.
GIDP gave us a 68% chance of winning.  Striking out, or getting out in some other way that didn't advance the runner would have given us a 55% chance of winning.

Braves just traded for Shane Greene. This should have been a nice series win and 4.5 back with 3 arms coming in, now 6.5 back and freaked.

Let's get some speed on the bases and see what happens.

I love that our roster construction is so elite that we have an all-glove (not even elite-level defender) infielder who hits for an OPS below .500 consistently up in key situations. God forbid we try to upgrade from an unplayable hitter.

per FG, GDP knocked our chance of winning from 74% to 62%.  Dozier K took us down to 50%.

Donaldson pisses me off to no end.  He was melba toast last year and now he is beyond awesome defensively and a stud, clutch slugger.

This ump is completely freaking us. Strike 1 to Turner was at the lefty batter's box.

Adrian needs a new nickname.  I think "Deep Threat" works.

MLB at bat shows it as a strike...

This one has us going from 67% to about 67% with a GIDP.  And from 67% to 55% if Parra struck out.

What would fangraphs have it go from with a strikeout?
