They have the best record in MLB with a kickass run differential so what’s your point? :)

I love it when people’s asses get all red when the Nats lose.

We need to keep some perspective here for the last 2 games.   Ace vs #4, Hall of Famer ace-b vs #???  We put good effort into the games and didn't kill our bullpen.  Go out and win tomorrow, and take the Braves series and we're back on track.

If we had our big 3 against their back of rotaion and fill in starters, I like our chances too.

Last night was beyond painful but today’s loss was expected. Just as a Stras win tomorrow is. :)

How 'bout Rockies' Game 4?    Where's that fit in?

We won the series 3-1.   My mindset is keep winning series, and we've done a lot of that lately.   The pitching matchup for this Dodgers series was always looking like one where we just needed to avoid the sweep and move on.

You can also say we've lost 3 in a row or .500 over the last six.    Hell, you can cherry pick anything.

On the bright side, we can stop hearing "Best team in baseball since May 24th" now...

The only thing that matters is your season record. You are what your record says you are. Everything else is interesting if you want to see how a team is trending, but it doesn't really count for much.
