I saw an elderly gentleman running in my neighborhood who has been retired for a while (probably in his 70's) and he ran like he was still in good shape.

I can still run well at 60. What I cannot do any longer is accelerate or cut. That's what you lose.

I tell the kids at the playground that I can't run, I can't jump and I can't play defense. But I can shoot from the corner all day long.
