I think we're still recovering from giving all those replacement and replacement+ bullpens their release last year for somehow killing the team's chemistry.  Finding 3-4 replacement late inning relievers isn't as easy as it sounds and that's the problem.

Does that follow to relief pitchers?  Where do you find a bunch of relievers that are capable of being above water WAR?   Doolittle is our only one at the moment.
