Doolittle on a championship-type team is a 7th/8th inning guy depending on when a key lefty is up. To think this clown is a real closer is nuts

I disagree with your labeling him a clown. He's been a very good closer for several years. I don't think he's dominant and I don't see him being effective for much longer but he's been good for this team.

Robles route was fine. His break was fine. That ball wasnt catchable by the CFer. I mean, maybe Billy Hamilton or Byron Buxton, but they're inhuman.

mariano rivera
