Joes is on 15th and H NW. it’s basically the DC outpost of Joes Stone Crabs from Miami. It’s a high end steakhouse/seafood place.

But...Happy hour is 2:30-6:30 everyday (even weekends), half price cocktails, wine and beer and half price oysters, shrimp, with super cheap appetizers. It’s always full if I’m not there by 4-4:15.
