Gruden should be fired for that third quarter.

It was a very high percentage prediction.

Got any lotto numbers?

Still plenty of time to collapse in soul crushing way in the 2nd half.
I would like to thank them for that. I just turned it on. Did the WFT look that good in the first half or were the Iggles that bad?

They looked pretty good. The third quarter turned to crap. Bad drops, poor tackling, and no pass rush.

If they could just beat Dallas twice that would be good.

The Eagles looked like they expected a win, and the 'skins looked good.

Really disappointing meltdown in the second half. Second half the Eagles consistently were going for it on fourth and being aggressive, the Skins just retreated into a corner. I was really surprised by the receivers and Keenum today. Keenum is a gamer. He isn't good, but he can win games.

I am a Gruden fan, but I think he is gone. His pressers just sound so sad and in the second half he looked defeated. If they're not at least 4-5 going into the BYE, I'm fine letting Gruden go and giving Kevin O'Connell a two months job interview. There is a lot of talent on this roster, but if they're going to buy into the rebuild it can't be done with a coach on the permanent hotseats.

Seems like Gruden has bought into the rebuild.

Let's face it, there's stability in the FO that would lead any coach to be comfortable.

They’ve already sacrificed enough defensive coordinators to excuse failures, I’d expect the head coach to be the next unless you see Bruce accepting responsibility and risking his own job

Yep. Gruden likely won't survive this season. Pretty sure he's just daring Allen to fire him at this point.

He'd have to stop drinking Coors Light long enough to come to a sober, rational decision, so...

Former LSU football standout and current Washington Redskins running back Derrius Guice underwent an MRI on his non-ACL knee and is expected to "miss some time," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapaport.

Rapaport Tweeted on Monday that the team is hoping Guice will not need surgery but the medical team will do a full inspection before determining.

It's almost like giving the dude coming off ACL reconstruction, with minimal contact in the preseason, the majority of the workload was a bad idea. Almost.

That sucks. I thought Guice was an ultra steal but that injury is a killer for a back.

At least Jonathan Allen looks likely to play. There isn't an Adrian Peterson type veteran who is ready to take his role.

Did AP go all Tonya Harding on him too?

On a good note, I am buying all the Terry McLaurin stock. In one game he showed more than Malcolm Kelly, Josh Doctson, or any other Redskins receiver pick this millennium outside of Jamison Crowder.
