Seems like Gruden has bought into the rebuild.

Let's face it, there's stability in the FO that would lead any coach to be comfortable.

Really disappointing meltdown in the second half. Second half the Eagles consistently were going for it on fourth and being aggressive, the Skins just retreated into a corner. I was really surprised by the receivers and Keenum today. Keenum is a gamer. He isn't good, but he can win games.

I am a Gruden fan, but I think he is gone. His pressers just sound so sad and in the second half he looked defeated. If they're not at least 4-5 going into the BYE, I'm fine letting Gruden go and giving Kevin O'Connell a two months job interview. There is a lot of talent on this roster, but if they're going to buy into the rebuild it can't be done with a coach on the permanent hotseats.
