I actually decided to save my Marchand tee shirt for the playoffs because it has some rips in it.  I think somebody took an unprovoked cheap shot at my perfectly innocent shirt.

No Bergeron, no Rask, Chara held back - I'm OK with it.

imagine actually wearing a shirt with that scumbags name on it.

Little rat wanted nothing to do with Wilson so he hit the deck quick.

that's the role of the rat in hockey.  It's a tradition.  Oh, and if you want to see me in the rat's tee shirt, check out the photo in the M&G thread from 2018.

That looked like a charge--but did they call it before the goal?

Caps playing very well. Winning handedly or winning in clutch moments.

I just hope they dont win the president trophy. I dont want that cursed trophy...I want another Stanley.

2013 Blackhawks were last one to win the Stanley Cup and Presidents Trophy.

And since 1985, the Presidents trophy winners only won the SC 8 times.

Stephenson to Vegas

Dont like the trade. its a cap dump (no pun intended) But CS is a lower end player.

I hope Hagelin picks up his play because ever since he got that contract hes tailed off his production.

Why strange. He was always very good even though you didn’t notice.

Last D-man to win was Pronger in 2020. Before that Bobby Orr. So basically not going to happen. The Norris is essentially the MVP for defensemen.

Hes not that good. And a defenseman winning MVP is rare

Well obviously he is that good.  And that is what I said about MVP--you are the one who brought it up.
