What about the idea of starting Adams one game a series against a right hander ?

I don't disagree but I'm concerned about any good options for first base.

This is why Murphy made sense. Plus, he was good for the clubhouse compared to Zimm and Harper.

btw any real team would have eaten Zims contract at some point in some way
