3-4 following Saturday's disaster. I really wanted to go Sunday as well but the weathercasters on WTOP just kept reeling off baleful warnings about rain, thundershowers and everything short of Hurricane Katrina v2.0...and of course none of that happened. Hey WTOP: stop being drama queens and just give the blasted actual forecast. (weather.com tends to get this way too)
