 on all fronts.
Now I'm 2-0. Didn't make it to a Braves game, but I went to the Phillies game on Wednesday night, courtesy of free tickets from VARoadKing!  I took my son and we had a great time - always great to beat the Phillies, especially in the middle of a wild card race.

(Incidentally, my wife was on the giant screen during the first game when she was dancing, and my son's finger made it there as well - he put his finger up  when the cameraman was filming someone 10 rows behind us.  So we're 2 for 2 with that too).

14-7 after today's 10-7 victory over the Tribe and WC home game clincher. Last game tomorrow to get the puffy vest and then the WC game!

Final regular season record is 15-7 after today's season ending win over the Indians. Great season. Let's hope for some postseason success.

25-15 for the Regular season. Considering how awful it started, not so bad.  The 8-0 home stand helped.

Yesterday's win salvaged a .500 season for me: 7-7. (Includes one game in Atlanta.)

Yeah, I wasn't entirely sure who was part of the M&G and who were random people in the vicinity. I ended up meeting Mathguy, DC Fan, NatNasty, Mitlen, Cope, Skippy, Bluestreak, VaRK, a few others who' s names I've forgotten. My memory is pretty much like a sieve. Next year though.

I just wish I had managed to time the commute better. I had twenty minutes or so to meet and talk to people because it took WAY longer to get to the park than I expected. The only thing I miss from living in DC was how easy it was to get to a game. Living in Loudoun is a much better quality of life, but man it's awful to get to a game. Went from 8-10 games a year to 1 game every 2-3 years.

I only half jokingly say that to get to a ball game (public transportation) from Loudoun is a day trip.

17-8 after the split at home in the NLDS. If they advance to the NLCS, I will be there.
