I put a call in at the game last night.    No answer.    I guess I've used up all my "anytime" minutes.     :)

With storms predicted for the window that the Expos are playing today, I would be prepared to get creative and utilize a bullpen starter if the game starts on time.  If storms are imminent, I would hate to pitch Max for 2 innings and then have him not be able to return after a 2 hours delay.

So sort of a Sicilian Opening

A rainout wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.  Play this game again when we have all our pitchers, skip Fedde, save our bullpen for the Braves series.

A 2-3 hour delay with a game ending at 1 would be about the worst that could happen though.

They've optioned Adrian Sanchez out and made the Fedde move already.  I suppose if it were a rainout he could stick as a long man for the Barves series, or else they could send him out and shuttle in Difo.

At least Baltimore doesn't have to worry about the subway closing.

It’s already kind of  bs that they didn’t give us an afternoon getaway day game before a key series. I’m sure angelos is loving that he can keep is here until 2am.

Yeah, it doesn't look good. Sucks because this is the game I exchanged my tickets for from the last rainout.

If it means we will be in the 80s for a week, I'm all in.
