forgot about Sipp. He was another disaster
Eh, of the three LHRP we had (Grace, Sipp, Elias), I'd like to still have him

Of these 28, does anyone have a distribution between home & away games ?

28 blown saves by our esteemed BP with Doolittle leading the way.

5 perfect innings today, maybe we're just hustling the league?

Since Fedde isn't an official member, I count that as 4.

Rodney and Suero shouldn’t pitch because they suck. Rainey has been good but shouldn’t pitch because he is overworked. People here are funny.

It's a legitimate discussion!  As we know, this years Nats have THE WORST (statistically) bullpen. And, if you compare it to the starting rotation it's even more alarming. I'm not sure why Davey uses Rodney so much though...?  At his point, he is probably thinking ahead to the WC game and playoffs. If we get that far then I'd like to see more Strickland, Hudson, Rainey, & Doolittle. Hopefully Doo is 100% back! The other thing is that our starters have been good/great. I'm still optimistic despite the bullpen!

Weird how Rainey is on a nice streak right now. I still think in a playoff game he comes in and walks 3 guys in a row lol.

Incredible if we had not seen it.

That said, we can work both Doo and Hudson pretty hard in the playoffs depending how deep we get due to the scheduled off days.  Really is only an issue in the middle of the NLCS and WS if we get that far.  I think we have to hope we get 6-7 innings pretty consistently out of the starters.  Early leads would be nice.

The Nationals bullpen did not blow a lead in the 7th inning or later the entire postseason. The Nationals bullpen.

I couldn't even finish watching it. The most depressing baseball video of all time. If we would have won one third of those games we would have been a 105 win team. I personally vote for bringing back public executions or at a minimum tar and feathering.
