Aaron Barrett makes the eastern league all star team.

33.2 IP, 2.94 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, 38Ks, 11BB, 15 saves
wow.  Makes you wonder what is off so they don't give him a shot?  Is he doing this with veteran craftiness or is his stuff good?

I've got a sense that they are using a long leash on Grace so do not want to push him off the roster.  Rainey and Suero have the best stuff, so they are not going to send him down even with options.  Guerra is working out, but if he shows signs of weakness I don't think they would keep him at the expense of a potential upgrade.  Rodney is pitching for his life.  Sipp is a second lefty, but since he's bullpen B and not in the set up chain, I think he may be expendable if there were a better option.  If Grace could reliably get lefties, then Sipp would be next man out, I think.
