I can't see any team accepting MAT and Rosenthal unless we cover most of their salaries. Rosenthal is at rock bottom value right now, and Taylor is a career .239 hitter coming off a .227 / .287 / .357 season in 2018, he's barely AAAA quality right now.
A team will always chance a guy throwing 100
And MAT is an above average Defender with above average speed and power. He's also young.
They will find jobs if they hit the market.
I'm not saying we will get anything in return other than salary relief. But that's what we really need anyway
