Calling up Kieboom to play everyday SS hopefully means they aren't happy with how the team is performing and maybe, just maybe, Martinez is on the hot seat.
Well, it seems like that whenever Rizzo wants to shake up the culture of the club, he takes a bullpen pitcher and sacrifices him to Ba'al. He did that with the guy with the bad aura (Steve Shell?), he did it last year to Kelley and Kintzler, so I expect buzzards to be feeding on Rosenthal by first pitch.
