Joe Ross is hard to figure. Fifth starter in 2016 and into 2017, when he hurts his arm, has TJS. We, many in WNFF, suggest that he needs another pitch or needs to become a relief pitcher. Comes back at the end of 2018 and seems wild, ineffective. OK, first month back from surgery.
Now? Cannot get anyone out? Is Joe one of that percentage of pitchers who cannot recover from TJ?
Pretty sure he didn't have TJ surgery. He did have thoracic outlet surgery and hasn't been the same since.
