More like an understanding of trauma and impact injuries. And experience with the National training staff

Just a finger. The way they were yanking on it, had it been a wrist, Turner wouldn't have been able to stay still for it.

You underestimate the Nats training staff. They'll say it's a bruise. Then so an MRI three weeks from now and find a stress fracture. Or a torn ligament.

If you saw it’s obvious it’s just a finger. I guess slate gets a pass since he’s at the park.

There hasn't been time for the Nats training staff to freak it up yet.

Well the Nats lasted almost a week before we all need to throw in the towel.  It's over for this year and likely for the next 5-8 years.  Re-tool, sell everything, fire everyone, literally everyone.  Start over.

This is the reality of having a AAA team in California. We have a game at 1:00 today - there is no way to get somebody here by gametime.  What a cluster this is becoming.

The best place to have our AAA team would be in the most laid back part of the Caribbean.  That would ensure prospects are ready for the Nats playing style.

After that tumble, I'm surprised it's not worse. So who's playing first? Oh, right...

finger, I think.  Guessing we'll see Adrian Sanchez for a week or two, then maybe Kieboom.

I'd think if Kieboom looks good in AAA he'll be up here by May.

yes.  They don't seem to care so much about Super 2 as they do about seasons of control. I think they will be happy with 6+ seasons of control.  He's not  on the 40 man roster yet, so he doesn't have to stay down 3 weeks or whatever not to have this count as a full season.  I think if he shows he's ready over a month, he gets the call, especially if Turner is out for months.  This will also give them leverage with Rendon, sad to say, if Kieboom pans out.

They're going to care a lot more when it's obvious they won't be competitive for 2-5 years

Why 2-5? What evidence is there that they can pull off one of those magical rebuilds? The cupboards are bare.

Which is why I said 2-5. Going to take a minute to restock. They could go a long way by starting now and trading Rendon, Doolittle, and Scherzer or Corbin.

Dude, keep the garbage takes to your own crappy threads. There are like 3 threads where all you are talking about is blowing up the team. We get it. You think they should trade everyone. Or more likely you're trolling for god knows what reason....
