Fun start to the season so far. Hopefully the team doesn't pull a VPI and take ODU for granted next weekend. Either way, though, I have a feeling this run will come to an end on September 28 when UVA goes to South Bend.

UVA doing a really good job taking advantage of a terrible ACC. They're probably the 2nd-best team in the conference. Timing is everything.

UMD wanted him...and, they got him...

Wonder how long he lasts?  Can't sign but so many 5th year transfers...

Locksley has done an excellent job already as HC, sorry to disappoint you.

Yesterday's loss sucked (was entirely expected) but there's more positive vibes and strong recruiting momentum around the program than there's been in a while. Just need to get to a bowl game this year and be competitive vs. the big dogs. This team is pretty talented and CFB can be really wild from week-to-week.

My favorite thing about Locksley criticism from outsiders is the completely misunderstanding of the job and what is required (especially right now) and how he was the only choice for the program and so far he's been a home run. He's got plenty of faults like any coach but he was a great hire and continues to be.

If we don't go to a bowl game? Then look ahead to next year. Takes more than 1 year to fix 10 straight years of being crappy.

If my brother wasn’t getting married, I’d be at this game right now.

Edit. I’ll have to thank him.

I want to see Wisconsin win this game (I always cheer for the underdog in games I don't have a stake in) but I can't believe they called that incredible catch by Bell back. He obviously had control going down to the ground. Catch completion rules are completely broken in both college and pro football.

Blue got hosed on the overturn of the catch.

Big mo changer ...  that and the fumble by #42.    The Blue "O" is as bad/unlucky as they say.    It's rubbin' off on the defense.

OT   Years ago, I saw the Wisconsin 1st Brigade Civil War (Re-enact) band at a function in DC.    Here they are at Camp Randall:
