My first football game was the 29-29 loss. I went with my Dad. Said a prayer for him right after the game, then started the Jameson's shots

So VT at UVA Friday for the right to lose to Clemson in the ACC title game. I guess UVA is due?

Tech is pretty good though.

JMU finishes 10-1, 8-0 in the CAA. They host a first round playoff game on 12/7

Justin Hebert and Oregon down 14 to ASU with 12 min to play. Herbert threw picks on his last two possessions.

Anyone see that dipcrap for Ole Miss that cost his team the Egg Bowl last night?  I've never seen anything like that at the college level.  I hope he gets his scholarship revoked.

My son started at Tech when the streak started. Hard to believe the streak lasted that long although UVA has been crap much of the time. They have a real coach now. I put $10 on UVA to win so it was a no lose game for me.

Seems a bit harsh. He’s a college kid who did something dumb.

yeah, not like he called a timeout in a NCAA championship game when the team was out of timeouts. :)

I'm watching the Monmouth-JMU game on ESPN3, second round of BCS playoffs.  It's 14-14 6 minutes in and Monmouth has only run one offensive play.

Much different OSU team in the second half.  Even with a win they probably drop to #2. Guessing Oklahoma as the #4?

Georgia at number 5 tells you all you need to know about this “playoff”.   That is a team that lost at home to an 8 loss team, an 8 loss team who was using their third string QB.   It’s unreal corrupt.

JMU's the #2 seed in the FCS playoffs so they host as long as they keep winning, until the championship game in Frisco TX.  North Dakota State is the #1 seed and is trying to get to their ninth straight championship game (they've won all except one, a loss to JMU in 2016).

Friday's JMU-UNI game is at 7 PM and will be on ESPN2.  I'm not sure if I'm going yet, depends on if my son wants to stay for it as he finishes the semester that day.
