From what I read, Rosen grades higher. Judging a QB by his first year performance in the league is idiotic though I'm sure plenty of folks were ready to declare Peyton Manning a bust and blow up the Colts after his rookie campaign in which he set the league interception record while completing just 56% of his passes.
Maybe not 2nd round, but certainly after Haskins. I listened to the Giants GM on the radio this morning, he said he fell in love with Jones after seeing him in the senior bowl (where he was MVP). I don't think the Redskins would have picked him over Haskins.
Luckily Jones will have OBJ to throw to. Oh wait....
