The stress he went through on a daily basis (directed at both him & his family) was enough to age anybody. He was a true hero
Old co-worker and I had an extensive e-mail exchange about Mr. Robinson last evening (mostly kid reminiscing stuff). I'm still unable to wrap my head around his only being 53 when he died. He was always "old" to me as a kid. Of course, now that I'm some what older, fifty three is too young. I was working in the mill (IIRC; post Army) when he died. I remember his wife (Rachel) doing a TV interview about his battles (on and off the field). She encouraged folks to get checked for diabetes. Thanks for the photos.
