WNFF M&G III - September 28th @ 2:35pm
« Topic Start: January 12, 2019, 12:39:19 PM »
It's never too soon to start planning...  :old:

I've picked the date for the M&G the past 2 years based solely upon the ability to meet some far-away WNFF'ers  - Skippy (M&G I - Lower Alabama - 961 miles away) and NAT W (M&G II - The Great White North - 1,092 miles away).

I thought I would try to generate some thoughts (I know...a real stretch with this group) and suggestions on when to have it this year, thinking we could maximize participation and perhaps get some new faces to the event.  As in the past, I'm thinking a Saturday evening game likely works best for everyone.

Also as in the past, we will try to offer some free tickets to those who may need them...

If a mod will pin this, please...and y'all chime in...

TIA

This year should be much quieter in July and August, with the wife and I making a tentative trip to visit Ohio family. I'll watch this thread with lots of interest.

I’ll probably buy a ticket and attend this year. I’m sure they’d love for me to get out of the house, hopefully they will be here when I get back

This being my first season back in the area since 2012, I'm especially excited to attend if you all will have me. Just need a time and date and I'll be there.

It was even better than I’d hoped for! Missed out on seeing a few things though so definitely need another trip in the near future

Anyone interested in doing it big this year and getting a suite for the meet and greet? I'd be willing to throw cash at it to make it happen.

What does something like that cost?

No idea. A couple seasons ago a suite at Sun Trust that included 20 tickets and $1,500 in catering credits was like $3,000-$4,000. So I figure in that area.

You can get a suite for RCR points if I’m not mistaken.

Is it something where everyone can combine points?

Yep, if we can get 10-15 people with a couple thousand points each we can get a sweet suite down by the Diamond Club. Then whoever wants to come and doesn't have the points can chip in on catering.

From a couple years ago:
Weekday (Mon-Thurs)
Weekend (Fri-Sun)
Suites
Washington
24,000 per suite
20,000 per suite
Party
17,500 per suite
14,000 per suite
Jefferson
17,500 per suite
14,000 per suite

If you get a Jefferson Suite, I believe they open out into the N&S Club, and people can furnish their own refreshments.

I’m not sure how many points I’ll get with plan but I’m definitely willing to do this.

You get 50 points per seat per game.

Participate in the RCR daily points grab...up to 100 points per home game and 20 per away game...they add up quickly...

Cool, I’ll have 2,000 to start with. I’ll try and be active on the daily RCR codes.
