Yes, I was basically told that I am SOL but they understand my frustration. I said that after 12 years this is likely my last year as they have become the redskins over the past few years in how they treat their loyal fans. Oh, but I should take comfort in the fact that thry want to ensure I have a great time at the park this year...
Any response from your rep on this? I wonder if asking my rep to process the exchange for me might get around the problem?
