I can’t imagine going through this with the group I used to manage or the one I was in later. Give me the old days when they used to ship me the tickets and I used to sort them by hand. Don’t tell me that took any longer.
This system is much better. If it works. By that I mean if there are no tech glitches it’s easier to sort, email, not lose, resell, exchange, etc.
