my next door neighbor for the last five years was from Wisconsin so he arrived with a massive snowblower and would clear all the lots just because he liked doing so, we'd usually drop off a six pack as a gesture of thanks afterwards. He moved last year.
I did get lucky yesterday, as I was starting to clear the driveway a plow arrived to clear the cul-de-sac, I looked up and saw him pulling into my driveway, he used the plow blade to clear it for me. I thought about throwing a beer to him but figured that might not go over so well.
