Nothing that you are doing right now is more important than getting your hands on the new Chicken Sandwich from Popeye’s.

It is superior to the Chick-Fil-A offering.

I'm addicted to the fuku chicken sandwich at the ATM.  Caps season cannot start soon enough.

Aw, man...I was just sittin' here...mindin' my own business...blissfully ignorant...and now I see that our first game at the ATM won't be for another 50 days...  :(

It will.  It will at least alter your view of the Chick Fil A one. It’s belief shaking.

True love is a chicken sandwich that makes you feel full, whole, and taken care of. It's a bun that envelops your chicken in a comforting embrace, a thick slab of juicy, crispy chicken that reminds you of a Southern city you've never been to, and pickles and mayo that thrill. True love is a chicken sandwich that makes you feel held.

Speaking of Chick-fil-a: I made this recipe this past week: Homemade, healthy, chick-fil-a sandwiches.

https://foodbabe.com/chick-fil-a-now-open-on-sunday/

The chicken was very tasty, but I used avocado oil on the rack and the breading stuck to it.  Next time I'll try canola.

I love chick-fil-a, but they aren't exactly the healthiest thing in the world.

I will try the Popeyes chicken sandwich, and I hope it's great, but IMO the Chick-fil-A sandwich is one of the most overrated food items ever.

I’d say In-n-out burgers are the most overrated.

In the same category, but I think a lot of it is regional pride on the part of the people who think they're great.  West Coast folks in this area love to rave about them -- partly to boast about something that they know is not available here.   I've had the burgers, animal style, and I do like them but it's mainly about that sauce.  I do prefer Five Guys, but perhaps that's my regional bias, having grown up not far from where they got started.

Culver’s is the answer...

Although I do enjoy Five Guys. I made it a point to get them whenever I was in the area. I always left myself enough time to get one whenever I flew into National Airport.

Now that they are literally everywhere, I actually probably eat them less.

Fast food is the perfect use case for the plant based burger.

You buy a whopper for the quality of the beef?

I had a Beyond Meat (plant based) burger from BGR the other day. It bothered me, because I don't eat meat. And it was way, way too much like meat.

With all the great restaurants in the DC area, why would one go to fast food for a burger ?  So many restaurants have great burgers

I love a good burger. But I’m telling you, the impossible whopper tastes like a burger. In fact, it tastes probably better than the meat in the whopper or a White Castle.
