The Post has a policy to rotate writers around beats, it's not unique to the Nats I think. At least that used to be their policy. They have too many good writers who keep advancing.

We won't mention Sally Quinn.). Used to be, one day you're readin' an article in Style and a few months later an article in METRO has the same byline or vice versa.
