Yep, the city is getting off easy based on that interpretation of the contract. Although it does come off as extremely greedy for billionaire owners to take millions from the tax payers to build a casino.
Bar owners around Nats Park are pissed and may sue over the boundaries prohibiting them from hosting sportsbooks.
