There was a question about MAT and playing time to Rizzo at the SPH event yesterday. Rizzo's reply that he was an important part of the future got a big hand. I don't know if it's true but that indicates how popular he is with fans.

I think a part of it is telling fans what they want to hear but frankly the whole OF situation starts with Harper and Rizzo has no idea if he can sign him.

Rizzo has 2 things going in his favor if the Lerners really want Bryce back;

1. The owners tightened the screws with free agent spending last year
2. Bryce crap the bed this year.
