That’s a real bear to lose 3 out of 4 to the lowly Mets.

We'll win tomorrow...

Went.  Goodness that was tough to stay awake through for the first 7 innings.  Such bad pitching, lots of LOBs, no strike-throwing.  At least my seats were under cover.  I ended up getting 2 cups of coffee and no beer.

Like I said, Robles is ready to be an everyday hitter for the Washington Nationals

Just last week you said he was no better than a 4th OF.

Ballpark coffee is one (small) step up from crankcase oil...talk about self-mortification.  Yesterday it was the pigeons.

Me and the missus were sittin' here watchin' the game.    I think Difo was up and hit a foul ball off his right leg.   We both thought FP said, "crap".    It was a one word exclamation that appeared to be in relation to the knock on the leg.     We looked at each other and there was a long silence in the broadcast, like they were gatherin' their thoughts.   I've experienced that "silence".      Did he say "shin" and we missed it or did we hear it right?

  • Hitting is not about muscle. It's simple physics.

I, too, heard "crap."
