and does it matter that we have a min or leaguer on the mound when the offense doesn't score?

Nope. If they allow 4 or 44, we can’t score more than 3 most days it seems.

Takes a real toll on you watching a terrible baseball team. Football is once a week. Basketball and hockey are a couple days a week. We have to watch this train wreck 6-7 days a week. This season is a lost cause.

This offense loves to make below average pitchers look like top talent.

Hard to watch. I'm not one that blames the manager much, but you're .500 with two games to go before the ASB.  Feels like you pull him before the 2nd walk.  It's desperate times.

Figured we could all use a pick me up tune.

Good music. Bad team.

Desperate times yes but do you realize how big a bullpen you’d need if you were to pull your starters most games in the 4th?

He has the opposite of a quick hook. Sheesh.

What did Carp say early on about the last time Wheeler won?    Did he say April?

You never knew how this season will end. Philly and Atlanta aren’t running away with the division even tho we’ve played horrible for 6 weeks.

But if I were Rizzo, I’d call all teams. Tell them everyone is for sale. Leak it to the media. Have trades ready and see if by July 31st they turn it around.

Didn’t our manager say this series was to be treated like the playoffs?  Well the team has done that ....

Two games and the pen rests for four days.

Don’t get me wrong, Eaton and Soto are talented guys.

But the fact that they are our best hitters and the only 2 you could believe in to put up good AB’s everyday, says a lot about this team.

Harper should be embarrassed of his season so far.

With Harper -After the all star break go up to him and ask him do you want to stay here and play here . If he says anything but I want to re- sign and play here you trade him that day

If we had our Meet and Greet in NYC on 8/4, we could get Thor bobble heads.
