I've seen him. Defense looks pretty solid in terms of blocking and tags at home, although I wasn't in a position to judge framing. Didn't get to see him throw against an actual steal attempt, but arm looked good in warmups.
It's really difficult to judge pitch framing at low levels, simply because the pitcher is so inconsistent. So much of pitch framing is being on the same page as your pitcher and knowing what's coming. Just getting them to strikes in Single A, or Double A even, is an achievement.
Which is fine, because there is a ton of other stuff to learn to do in the low levels. Like blocking and playing defense.
