Lucas Giolito was traded to the White Sox in the Eaton deal.  Today, he is 5-1 and a 3.35 ERA.  That being said, I am not ready to give up on the Mouse!

Three or so years after the trade Giolito finally lives up to the hype.

?

He’s being pedantic. A shutout for a pitcher is by definition a complete game.

is there anyone that would seriously undo that trade based on Little Gio finally having some good starts?

Giolito is under 25, he'll win 3 Cy Youngs before he's 30.  Eaton is a slap hitting, strikeout artist with sub-par defense and arm strength.  Awesome times.

Considering what Eaton has ‘contributed’ - yes

Now Ozzie Guillen saying nobody in Chicago liked Eaton.

https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/white-sox/ozzie-guillen-adam-eaton-amid-beef-todd-frazier-nobody-liked-you-white-sox-uniform

Guillen might be right, but I think a lot of people would not be upset if Guillen would just STFU forever.
