I was diagnosed with ADHD about 4 years ago.  Said I likely had been dealing with it my entire life...

I think about gettin' checked out.    I know I'm there on occasion.    "They" told my son in 3rd grade he was antsy/ADD.    My BiL is a retired elementary teacher.   He sez the whole damn male line is ADD.    :)

How fitting that I would post that then...  ;)

Saw his kid's Led Zepplin tribute band a couple of years ago...they opened for Heart in Virginia Beach.  Not the same though...obviously...

I saw the Jason Bonham Band back in 97 or 98 at the Copper Mine in Petersburg, of all places.  They played about 2.5 hours.  Certainly not the Mighty Zeppelin, but still good nonetheless.

Gene Wilder, 1933-2016, R.I.P.

and the Braves retake 1st place in the NL-East.

3 spellers left in the Spelling Bee: 2 boys, one girl.

Down to two spellers, both from Texas too, going for this Other Cup:

Naysa and Karthik.
Naysa got her word wrong.
Karthik must spell two words correctly to win.

Karthik Nemmani is champion, by spelling haecceitas and koinonia. He was runner up in his county spelling Bee to Naysa, and then beat her in the Scripps National Spelling Bee tonight.

It's going to be a long year. We can keep beating up on an easy schedule, but if we can't beat the Braves, none of it matters. Their schedule is going to lighten up at some point, too.

'harper' sure is disappointing for a player worth 400 million.  in other news, it was quite a disappointing, and anti-climatic game...which sadly fits right into the day I was having...
