Not going to lie...this was the worst GDT ever where we took a W against a good team.

Nice to see Henry Rodriguez is still pitching. When did he change his name to Pedro Baez?

Of the thirteen seasons of Nats baseball this is tied for the eighth worst start after 20 games

Uh, no.  It's tied for the sixth worst start, as in there are five starts that are worse.

Going by DATE it's 6th worst (Actually tied for 4th. Or you could break the tie by looking at game finish time, LOL). Going by MATCH it's tied for 8th worst.

Jesus freaking Christ.  Look at the list again.  There were five times when the Nationals notched their tenth win at a later point in the season, by match.

That means there were five starts to the season that were WORSE, by match.  That means that this is the sixth worst start, by match.

You have it completely backwards: it's actually the eighth best start by match, as in there were 7 starts that were better.

The End

Right. I’ve enjoyed this all thread, but when you only play one track of the Abbey Road Medley, then it’s time to make a fuss. I mean, I might even have got behind a Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End trio, but just The End on it’s own? I mean, it’s magnificent and everything but it’s just not right!

PS. Keep up the (generally) good work, Mit.

I agree absolutely about Abbey Road.    I got a picture of me in that very crosswalk  ...  1985.    It was more a statement  ... "The End".   There was a DJ in DC in the 70s who played "The End" at the end of each show.    I think it was Tom Curtis   ...   WMAL-FM.

 ;)

I wish DJs in the UK played consistently good music.

Fabbus Maccus (thumbs aloft) plays the trio I mentioned at the end of his shows, so I can hardly complain about the lack of Polythene Pam etc.

She's so good lookin' but she looks like a man.   Abbey Road is a great album to smoke to.    Not that I know anything about it.    I must have read about it in a magazine.
