As soon as I lit the grill I got sidetracked. The wife, out of town on spring break, called to inform me it was a bit chilly at the river today, and that she'd bought a new bicycle. Then Mom phoned to tell me my aunt passed (it was expected). Then I had to grill the asparagus first before cranking the grill to inferno to get a nice sear on the steak. 3 min/side and a 2 min dwell. Let it rest about 5 min while I removed my potato from the oven and dressed it up. Everything came out pretty damn good.
