You need to go online and change it to a FIOS mix and match plan.
40 for 200/200, 60 for 400/400, 80 for 1gb/1gb regardless of whether you have tv or not, and it's not a promo rate or new customer rate, and they'll let you break contracts to switch if you're in one.
Thanks for this. For the life of me I'd have never found this option on my own. I'm always skeptical of being tricked into something but the checkout process seemed pretty straightforward... fingers crossed.
