I'm sitting here what's more impressive with the downhill skiing

The speed at which they fly down the mountain

or the fact that despite wearing skin tight spandax, never appear to be cold

The olympics demo’d it once, but it was too dangerous

I only caught the last 10 minutes or so, without sound.  It looked like Kovalchuk said to Greenway, "Once you play in the NHL, you'll get it."

I guess they figured out a way to shut down Brian O'Neill and Ryan Donato.

Poor French ice dancer basically had to hold her top on for the last part of her performance tonight, crazy at this level they don’t have better costumes.

It's clear that the figure skaters wear those. Maybe the ice dancing isn't supposed to be... vigorous enough to take a costume apart?

And I'm back in my conspiracy bubble. It was sabotage.

Who do you think sabotaged 'em?       I think it was the Brits.     There's a history.

USA Mens hockey tonight at 10. I thought they had been eliminated but then read that all the teams in the tournament advance. First four teams get a bye for the first round.

That Canuck couple that they skate with. They're practically British.

Probably another French team did them in; the French always turn on each other.

Surprised USA is going with the same goalie. He has not been very good. Since he plays on the KHL I am assuming Putin had him poisoned. Slow acting stuff.

What do we think of this woman? On one hand I admire the determination of going to many events all over the world to get qualifying points.  And for skiing without regard to embarrassing herself just to fulfill her dream of competing in the olympics.
But on the other hand, this sort of makes a farce of the entire proceeding.

Her run was really... not great.

Bourque missed a wide open net. He should be called up to the Caps so he can do that in the playoffs.
