You are correct - that was when the race was sponsored by the Milk Marketing Board (a Quango - that's 'Quasi Autonomous Non-Governmental Organisation', for the uninitiated - an organisation to which a government has devolved power, but which is still partly controlled and/or financed by government bodies.).

The womens race on Saturday was also really good - Balsamo clearly couldn't believe that she edged out Vos in the sprint.

I'm liking our younger guys. That's two really nice races by McNulty and Powless at the Olympics and the Worlds road race. Kuss is one of the best non-Slovenian at big mountains, and Quinn Simmons looks like a good classics guy. Need Matteo Jorgensen to step up. Best we've looked since Tejay and Taylor Phinney were just starting out. 2012 - TVG best young rider at the Tour / 5th place, and Phinney with I think 2 4ths at the Olympics.
