Unbelievable run for Villanova. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team roll through the tournament like that.

Impressive run for Nova. I think they posted there have been a few other teams with all double digit wins but this was overpowering. And back in the day UCLA usually was not threatened.

heard on the radio that only two previous times that a team won every game in the tournament by double-digit margins, was in the 1970's when Kareem (Lew) was at UCLA, and another was UC-San Francisco in the 1950's with a club led by Bill Russell.  That's some rarified air.

thanks, I must have heard wrong. 

The 3 point record wasn't something I had seen before.
I believe they are the first team since UCLA to win the two final four games by 16 or more.
